ITA Group Receives WorldatWork 2017 Seal of Distinction

ITA Group has received the WorldatWork Seal of Distinction for 2017 for its commitment to a positive work environment. 

West Des Moines, Iowa — ITA Group has received the WorldatWork Seal of Distinction for 2017 for its commitment to a positive work environment. WorldatWork, a nonprofit HR association and compensation authority, awards the prize as a unique mark of excellence that distinguishes organizational success in total rewards effectiveness.

ITA Group is one of 160 organizations to be honored this year, and is one of only three from Iowa. 2017 marks the first time ITA Group has received the award.

Recipients of the WorldatWork Seal of Distinction represent the a wide array of industries, including education, finance, government, health, law, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals, and hail from 36 states, the District of Columbia and Canada.

Since 2012, the Seal of Distinction has been awarded to companies that meet or exceed standards of workplace programs, policies and practices. Applicants are evaluated on the complexity of implementation, overall level of commitment from leadership and other traits, alongside more than 15 best practices needed to build a best-in-class workplace, including health and wellness, paid time off, recognition, development opportunities and more.
